Booking & Cancellation Policy
- Once a booking is placed and confirmed, it cannot be cancelled by the guest and is non-refundable.
- No refunds will be issued for changes of mind, no-shows, or last-minute cancellations.
Cancellations by Kingdom Lanka
- In rare cases, Kingdom Lanka Hotels & Resorts may need to cancel a booking due to unforeseen circumstances.
- If this happens, we will process a full refund within 07 working days of cancellation.
